The MT Army Museum of Psycho33 is a titanic, safe nation, notable for its burgeoning Vippertooth Dragon population. The quiet, industrious population of 19.62 billion Psycho33ians enjoy extensive civil rights and enjoy a level of social equality free from the usual accompanying government corruption.

The medium-sized, liberal, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 25.2%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but underdeveloped Psycho33ian economy, worth 521 trillion Citas a year, is quite specialized and led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Furniture Restoration, Door-to-door Insurance Sales, and Pizza Delivery. Black market activity is notable. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 26,546 Citas, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Crime is well under control, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Psycho33's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon.

Psycho33 is ranked 110,970^th in the world and 1^st in Psycho Dictators for Least Corrupt Governments, with 93.2 percentage of bribes refused.
