ELF - Empire Of Little Flowers

ELF is a huge empire spanning many worlds across the galaxy. It is controlled by an oligarchy of 6-8 huge conglomerates. There is a lot of animosity between these super corporations and no effort is spared to depose one or another. Usually one holds control at any one time or maybe an alliance of two or three but insurrections are frequent. Survival of fittest is strongest trait.

ELF is usually a benevolent dictatorship and less often a compulsory consumerist states. It is common during corporate infighting for ELF to be considered a democracy. It would be the most violent democracy ever since it would take place in the most crime ridden, polluted, armed & dangerous nation in the universe.

ELF has many different races living there from humans and elves to giants and goblins. Even dragons and demons are said to live there. Whatever they may be.
