The Colony of FM33 is a titanic, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service and irreverence towards religion. The democratic population of 17.749 billion FM33ians hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.
The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Defense. The average income tax rate is 16.4%, but much higher for the wealthy.
The large but inefficient FM33ian economy, worth 682 trillion Citas a year, is led by the Tourism industry, with major contributions from Uranium Mining, Book Publishing, and Automobile Manufacturing. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 38,478 Citas, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.1 times as much as the poorest.
Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. FM33's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon.
FM33 is ranked 77,656th in the world and 1st in Fascist Memes for Nicest Citizens, with 15.51 average smiles per day.
