The Fiefdom of EtilE is a small, safe nation, remarkable for its state-planned economy, compulsory military service, and irreverence towards religion. The quiet, industrious population of 23 million EtilEians are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The medium-sized, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Welfare. The average income tax rate is 40.2%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The developing EtilEian economy, worth 653 billion rubles a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is fairly diversified, is led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Basket Weaving, Woodchip Exports, and Cheese Exports. Average income is 28,420 rubles, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. EtilE's national animal is the turtle.

EtilE is ranked 179,497^th in the world and 12^th in Popuko for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring 372.62 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
