Good and Gentle God,
We pray in gratitude for our mothers and for all the women of history who have joined with you in the wonder of bringing forth new life. You who became human through a woman, grant to all mothers the courage they need to face the uncertain future that life with children always brings.

Give them the strength to live and to be loved in return, not perfectly, but humanly. Give them the faithful support of family and friends as they care for the physical and spiritual growth of their children. Give them joy and delight in their children to sustain them through the trials of motherhood. Most of all, give them the wisdom to turn to you for help when they need it most.

Amen.

Oh and some slightly more obscure ones [again, sticking to the theme of flags that look military enough but still have a Cross / other clear Christian symbols on them]: the Republic of Pisa (or the County of Toulouse is you prefer the colour), the Papal banner of the Duchy of Normandy (this one is a bit weird, the colours are not conventional and it’s not a perfect rectangle but I thought I’d suggest it anyway on the off chance), the flag of the island of Guernsey, the coat of arms of the Bentick family (simple but stylized just a little but), the coat of arms of Odenheim abbey, the flag of the Free City of Danzig (for a similar but more plain version try the flag of the Duchy of St Sava, for another one in the same vain try he flag of the city of Elbag in Poland) and for my last suggestion, try the Prince-Bishopric of Verden.

Always like a good prayer!

:)

Thy father which art in heaven hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever.

Amen

That's the Lord's prayer by the way

Yes, I am very familiar with it. Although, I typically use a few different words (all synonyms) for certain parts and the Catholic Church does not include the last verse (for thine is the kingdom ... glory forever), we say that during Mass at certain times but not as part of the Our Father but beyond that, as I said, I know it well. :) Very nice of you to post it, such posts are very welcome and encouraged!

Also, I like your new pre-title, very cool!

When i started becoming catholic it was weird to leave out that last part and also if you don’t include the last bit its forgive us our sins and forgive those who sinned against us

I can imagine how that would be odd during the transition. Re the 'sins' part, yes, indeed. That's part of what I was referring to when I said we used some different words, I took their use of 'debts' to be meant as a synonym.

Very cool, always nice to have more Christian(/Abrahamic) regions around! Stay as long as you like / need :) Once you set up your region, please let us know here, we must certainly establish embassies and sign a formal friendship treaty. If you would like to become a protectorate of the UCEOTW, that's something we would be open to but no obligations there. Let us know if you need any help with it and/or while you are here.

P.S. I used a lot of slashes in this message, huh? Lmao
