Suekect addressed the Strange woman sat on the chair. "I am a Supreme Commander in The Federation. I have been asked to come ask you a few questions about strange events in the Galaxy. We thought that you might have insights into the events."
Suekect was perturbed by the woman who looked human but she there wasn't something quite right about her.
" The great disaster on Earth has caused mankind to splitter into factions. Only now,have we regained the means to reach out and try to get together again. What do you know about the disaster ?"

"That's a human affair. We don't know how you fell. It would probably be a combination of things.Not just a single event. Earth is home to other creatures not just humans. I would look for your human facility, Star One. But that was lost wasn't it."

Suekect was confused by what the Lady had said.The Commander spoke up as he realised she might be too young to know of Star One and she was a Martian Terran. They tended to be looked down on and excluded by the Original Terrans, even though they were getting fewer and fewer by the year.

" My Lady, Star One was the nerve centre of the Old Earth Alliance. The Computers there controlled the weather and Star travel navigation throughout the Earth systems. It was a top secret facility.
It basically ran everything. No one knew where it was apart from certain officials. I was only a cadet when the disaster happened and we lost contact with Earth. The Star One rumours, started then as there was considerable concern about it. It contained the knowledge of the Earth Alliance."
He glared at the seated Lady.
"How do you know about Star One ?" He asked.

The Lady found the humans could rather emotional and prone to outbursts. She found it an interesting experience to interact with such beings. She could tell them where to find it but
That might lead to other questions and answers. About what was near Star One.
She changed the subject.
" Oh yes, by the way, we have heard that some humans are forming an alliance against your Tyrant of WhiteScience. They have been busy arming themselves and some who you have upset in the past have been helping them.
We have decided to remain Neutral in this."

Earth has been decimated by an unknown disaster in the past, but life of various forms still clings there. People of various races and technologies make their home there.
Despite all the strange creatures and environmental issues that still plague the planet. Earth also is very difficult to travel to other races to a large extent because of strange storms that flare up affected light speed travel around Earth and the Solar system to a lesser extent.

A tenth planet has been discovered, from parts unknown and follows Earth's orbit, 6 months behind in its path around the Sun. The Planet's origins are undefined. There is a central continent with large statue like figures on it. But every attempt to land is thwarted. But on the other continents life can be sustained and has been seen to be active.

The Main human settlement is Mars.
Where a despot regions, whose Empire covers much of the surrounding solar systems.
He seeks to have others join his Group of Empires and other nations under his banner and dominate the Galaxy. Other humans have rebelled against him and fight back either separately or collectively.

In Space, mighty Empires are to be found.
They know little of Earth and tend to avoid it.
Due to the travelling difficulties and strange legends concerning the past of the solar system. But now The Storms are dying down as they periodically do...

I’ve never seen a picture of Boris until now.

First kraken fleet
The first kraken fleet has been formed and now is going south to explore and make contact with other nations the fleet is mostly composed of slow capital ships and some cargo ships that Will trade resources with other nations

(this fleet Will watch the nations first so there are no hostilites )
