Should Popsicle be spelled Popcycle as in Bicycle; or should Bicycle be spelled Bisicle as in Popsicle?

Neither? Cycle means "wheel". "-sicle" comes from Icicle. Completely different roots and completely different pronunciation.

Me. Although K-H is stunningly beautiful, charismatic, wise, and hilarious, I personally feel like she's here for the sole purpose of being on the map.

I'm way more interactive with the rest of you all, have a role in the government (dispatch update in an hour, Vancouvia. Have some juicy drama to discuss as well), and overall I feel like I've left more of an impression on the region

Arin Hanson: 10 hours of well deserved F*CKS.
Dan Avidan: *laughs outrageously*

Arin: JESUS F*CK!
Dan: Awww, Big Cat.

One of the reasons I loved the Kirby's Dream Course/Grump Courses is that Dan was way better than Arin and almost always won

Civilians who refused to evacuate when we started the attack accepted the risks, or are enemy combatants, as far as I am concerned

This will be very interesting to hear about if this kind of info manages to escape Merrit, Atnaia.

Oorah, big jumps for me at least.

So I'm introducing the Soulforged race in my DnD game this week. Basically Warforged from Eberron/an alternate version of Androids from Pathfinder's wackier source books. The looks of Warforged with the stats of Androids (with a few tweaks.

Here's their stats, for those DnD players out there:

Soulforged

Racial Traits
Ability Score Racial Traits: Soulforged are exceptionally strong and capable of vast intelligence, but their lack of facial expression can make them hard to relate to, and they have difficulty understanding emotions. As a result, Soulforged gain a +2 bonus to Strength and Intelligence, but suffer a –2 penalty to Charisma.
Size: Soulforged are Medium creatures, and they have no bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Base Speed: Androids have a base speed of 30 feet.
Languages: Androids begin play speaking Common. Androids with high Intelligence can choose any languages they want (except secret languages, such as Druidic). See the Linguistics skill page for more information about these languages.

Feat and Skill Racial Traits
Crafter: Soulforged are natural craftsmen. Choose one Craft skill. The Soulforged gets a +2 racial bonus on checks with that skill.
Emotionless: Soulforged have problems processing emotions properly, and thus take a –4 penalty on Sense Motive checks

Senses Racial Traits
Exceptional Senses: Soulforged have darkvision and so can see perfectly in the dark to a range of 60 feet and in addition, they possess low-light vision.

Other Racial Traits
Constructed: For the purposes of effects targeting creatures by type (such as a ranger’s favored enemy and bane weapons), Soulforged count as both humanoids and constructs. Soulforged gain a +4 racial bonus on all saving throws against mind-affecting effects, paralysis, poison, and stun effects, are not subject to fatigue or exhaustion, and are immune to disease and sleep effects. Soulforged can never gain morale bonuses, and are immune to fear effects and all emotion-based effects.
Upgrade Slot: Soulforged are constructed with a special compartment in their body which can contain and utilize magics from a wondrous item. At character creation, choose either ring, neck, wrist or weapon. The Soulforged may wear and benefit from the magic of an additional item of this type, with the exception of weapon. If weapon is chosen, the Soulforged may contain any light, one-handed weapon in their body. They are always considered to have Quick Draw for the purposes of that weapon, and gain a +20 circumstance bonus to Sleght of Hand checks to hide that weapon on their person. This benefit can also be used with wands, but not with non-light or two-handed weapons.

The Upgrade Slot may be my favourite of their abilities, but might be overpowered given the right equipment.

It's one man's opinion. That being said, its not an uncommon opinion. It's far from policy.

Anyways, @Atnaia. What would you say are good methods for creating a history and for creating a culture from vague ideas? I just have no motivation and I would really like to finally finish a factbook for the first time in three years

They really are both better at games than it looks, it's just really hard to focus on playing and being funny at the same time. I also think that Arin sometimes plays like sh*t on purpose for the sake of comedy.

Until somebody starts actually firing on civilians.

I'm aware, but Dan is worse than Arin so it's always refreshing to see him win

Pick a few events that really stand out as milestones and get those out onto paper. You can always fill in the gaps later by asking the 5 Ws and 1 H to each of the milestones. "Well, if I want a Civil War here, WHY did it happen? WHO was involved? HOW?" Answering those questions gives you context, which adds events. "There was a Civil War because the Islamic minority were being oppressed by the Hindu majority. How were they oppressed? Higher taxes and segregation, anti-Muslim violence, most especially some sort of massacre. Well, look at that, I now have another major event, plus 100 years of historical background."
