Description: She is a young woman with an extremely fit physique with several piercings and tattoos. She is a hardened military veteran with knowledge of hundreds of fighting styles, she has trained with almost every weapon available and became proficient with them, and she is also believed to have an IQ of 216 far beyond anyone else in the history of the country. Despite her incredibly high level of skill in combat her supernatural abilities are truly baffling. Her true powers are not completely known but she has already shown several very impressive abilities.
Pyromancer: She has shown an ability to create and manipulate fire but her most impressive ability is her ability to use fire to create weapons or tools. Her flames also appear to change color, this usually indicates her emotion and the flame’s intensity.
Immortality/healing factor: as a HEG she cannot age or get sick and has the ability to heal from extremely severe injuries that would normally kill a human being.
Enhanced strength: Since discovering her power she has been able to lift incredible amounts of weight. She appears to be able to lift several tons quite easily.
Teleportation: Has the ability to appear and disappear to almost any location. The full capabilities of this are unknown at the current time.

Security measures: No security measures are required at the current time but if a security situation is to arise godslayer #26520 will be called in to subdue or in an extreme case exterminate Rebecca Lee.

Notes: Amazingly, Rebecca Lee did not even know she possessed this power for most of her life. It is believed her father knew of these abilities but it is completely unknown why he was withholding this information from the world and his daughter. Some theories point to his abusive treatment of his daughter and that refusing to tell her about her powers was a form of self preservation for him.

Addendum: With permission from Rebecca herself she is allowed us to add this to her file. Rebecca was married to Allison Wallace on April 25, 2011. This is being added for behavioral notes, it’s believed that Allison contributed to Rebecca’s later ideology of putting people first. It’s also believed that because of their relationship that LGBT+ civil rights were restored so fast after the war. Sadly, Allison lee would die on August 11, 2025 during a terrorist attack, she would die in her wife’s arms.
