Life doesn't care about sin. There are some sick people who would run over babies for the fun of it. You'd be surprised to see how many of your fellow humans would easily join a lynch mob.

Because they're individuals. As that, they are personally held accountable. They have a reputation to uphold. But as part of a group, everyone else is doing it too, aren't they? Not only do you fail to understand mechanics of how mobs work, but you are missing the entire point.

And that's only because there's fear into it. Not because of their morals or because of their personal reluctance. They need police to maintain the peace. Which further proves my point.

We’ll have to hold the group accountable for its actions. Being in a group doesn’t excuse you from the consequences of the actions made. If one person in the group does it everyone in the group gets punished
