What language do you want to learn?
I want to learn Turkish, Kyrgyz, & Italian, but the only way I can really use to learn Kyrgyz is Google translate :(, also I can't concentrate on learning a language for the life of me

You may be the leader of a council, but comrade Bunkernyy is the Party leader and our legitimate head of state. Your claim is unfounded and seemingly even uneducated, given the apparent assumption that Arctic Lands are run by "a council leader". It is run by the Supreme Soviet and the Communist Party.
