The ambassador takes a breath, before saying, “Do you accept this treaty?”
The PPP ambassador replies, “Yes.”
The ambassador looks towards the crowd, shouting, “It has been done! May the Commonwealth prosper! Death to the Tsar!” Followed by loud cheering from the crowd.

Minister of Defense’s room, Al-Abibar.
A man slides 3 photos onto Elena Makarova’s desk, all pictures of different warships, each one baring the flag of the Verdantian Royal Navy.
“These were taken 29 miles off the coast of the peninsula. What should we do?”
Elena studies the photos carefully, before saying, “Have they fired at us?”
“Negative ma’am but-“
Elena cuts him off, “Then leave them alone.”
“Ma’am? Surely you cant be serious! They are clearly planning for an invasion!”
“If this was them invading we’d all be dead already. They are more technologically superior than even Gojira, we cannot take them on, not in the state we are currently in.”
“What should we do then?”
“Keep an eye on them. Verdantia could be spying upon us, looking for a chance to strike and retake their old colony.”
“Should we notify the Gojiran command?”
“No, we shouldn’t. We should just wait for when Verdantia comes back with a damn army the size of Kumaria.” Elena yells back, a mix of frustration and sarcasm. “Of course we notify Gojira. Notify Kumaria too, unless you want Kurzakstan to become a colony again. Understood?”
“Y-Yes ma’am.”
The man leaves to send a letter to both of the governments.
Elena takes a sip of her wine, before the man stops at the door, looking back and asking,

Elena stares at him with a cold, serious look, before replying,
