Like back in the old days humans set up villages and farms to sustain their people with enough resources but that wasn't enough for humans since they kept on expanding and conquering neighbours for more resources and that soon lead to the eventual existence of nations and kingdoms

And giving everyone the same type of weapons might be a good idea since no one would gain and advantage but what would stop from a group of running out of resources or for a group to get smart and gain more power?
