Think of it IC. Perhaps you have so many freedoms in your nation that the people take it for granted o the point of being downright apathetic. The short answer OOC is that each category is its own bubble, so a rating in one doth not affect the other.

Some rankings are split into 2 separate linked rankings, such as averageness and ideological radicality, that represent opposite ends of one ranking.

I agree. If you have a high ideological radicality you’re likely to have a low averageness, but it isn’t an exactly opposite number.

Even if talking about opposites, Political Freedom is the opposite of Authoritarianism, not Political Apathy. I forget what the opposite of the apathy thing is, but I can look it up. Here the separation is even more than opposite-binded issues because different issues focus on different stats.

I don't think apathy has an opposite stat. If there was one, it would be patriotism.

I'm in the top 10% in the world for least corrupt governments.

Ouch.

Isn't low corruption a good thing?

Depends if you're giving or receiving the bribes.

We have chicken, fried locust, pepper jack cheese, buttered noodles, and for dessert, pound cake.

Not sure about the locust, but welcome to the Moon!

Help yourself to some cheese, we have plenty.

Mods surely have puppets as well. They probably are used to disguise the fact that it is owned by a mod, and participate in the game like usual players. I just log on my long list of puppets.

Haweili-junobal

Yeah, totally hiding this puppet....
