Looking at the Regional Happenings. It seems the Moon is very attractive to crazy girls. (sorry for the bad pun, couldn't resist)
We had around 60 nations at one point, but that was a long time ago.
So, what happened? There use to be 60, when I got here there was just over 10, and now there's over 30.

No, nothing really happens the moon regions are quiet dead. But on the plus side if you accidentally shoot someone no one will know. Because there will be probably no witness around. Or a possible victim in the first place.
Phew, that's a relief. Not that I shot anybody or anything...
