I would very strongly recommend that The Hurricane endorses Eurasia102 now. So 231, at 4 influence a day (2 influence an update), will take 58 days. And we only have 8 days till Universe CTEs.
Now, if The free munster league endorses Eurasia102, we'll get 6 influence a day (3 per update), so 38 days, 12 hours.
(Note that as Eurasia102 banjected the Free Munster League, they're unlikely to endorse them.)
The Hurricane could move their puppet out of the region, therefore Eurasia102 only needs to get 211 influence, therefore:
The Hurricane endorsing: 53 days
The Free Munster League and The Hurricane endorsing: 35 days, 12 hours

The Hurricane themselves could also leave the region at the last minute, therefore only requiring 191 more influence, therefore:
32 days, with The Free Munster League and the Hurricane.

For real speed, we could call out TGS.
3 more active WA members, therefore 3 more endos, therefore 12 per day, therefore:
16 days, assuming everyone leaves at the end.
19 days, 12 hours, assuming 10 per day with the Free Munster League not participating.

Eurasia102 could, possibly, leave The Great Universe, password it, and then return. But that would be hard.
However, if they could, only needing 171 influence:
17 days, 12 hours, assuming 10 per day with the Free Munster League not participating.
14 days, 12 hours, assuming 12 per day with the Free Munster League participating.

Now if we persuaded the Free Munster League to participate, we might persuade them to leave temporarily.
So now:
13 days, with the Free Munster League helping.

So let's assume:
17 days 12 hours, or 19 days 12 hours.
Let's stick with 19 days 12 hours, needing 191 influence, getting 10 influence per day.
This needs to be 24 influence per day, to get a password before The Universe World CTEs.

So:
each new WA member gives 2 influence per day, we need 14 more influence, so we need 7 WA nations.

So my final answer, and congrats if you managed to read the whole thing this far:
We would need The Hurricane, and all the active WA members of TGS, to endorse Eurasia102.
We would set a visible password, until we could manage a refound, or ask a defender region to do it for us.
We would need 7 more WA nations.

So my answer: we need 7 more nations TODAY to get a password on time.

So we either ask some of our friendly embassy regions, like Laraniem and Archai, if they can help, or ASK SOME DEFENDERS TO HELP.
I recommend the second option.

Btw its not like a raid would happen instantly after TUW CTE’s so its not the end of the world if you dont get a password up in time. It would also be possible that TUW is on vacation mode, as they dont answer issues. That would give us an extra 32 days.
