Our investigations into the source of arms and funding of the NCR rebels hes led us to a point where we do not feel completely comfortable accepting an embassy with Allastria at this point. We will wait for the investigation to conclude before we make a decision. Furthermore, given the evidence we have unearthed on the NCR rebels, history of Allastria and their type of government, we believe it is best if the summit to create the Global Union is held in Thespasia.
Orvos also seems to agree with the Council here, so we propose that all nations wishing to join the Global Union at its creation attend the summit in Lakonia in 2 days' time.
Of course, Thespasia will be signing the Treaty of Chiremba.

Gufand and Yeezy land
Today Amis Li, one of the former presidents of Acceel, passed away due to heart disease. Amis was a very well-liked president, due to the fact that he legalised same-sex marriage, legalised abortion, and introduced free healthcare. The entire population of Acceel have mourned his death, except for a rag-tag group of homophobes, anti-abortion activists, and capitalists.
The Federal Republic of Gufand would like to express the desire to attend the summits to create the Global Union too, if the President and Minister of Foreign Affairs aren't available yet, the Vice-President and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs will take the place in the Gufand delegation to said summit.

Our military consists of about 2,188,000 troops, excluding Special Forces, led by our Magister Militum, tasked with all the goings-on at the army, second only to the Alicia themself.
Our military structure has four specialised paths, three of them led by a magister.
First are the footsoldiers, led by the Magister Peditum (Master of the Foot). Their goal is to organise said footsoldiers and train them. Below the magister are the Cataphracts, the best-trained soldiers geared out with the best armour and weaponry a footsoldier can wield, including Swordstaffs, used for melee combat and breaking through defensive structures, and miniguns to plow through enemy . They are also tasked to train those below them, such as the Principes. Less well-equipped, but nonetheless useful as support for the Cataphracts with their sniper rifles and gauntlet swords, and have two subordinate classes: the Hastati and the Medics. The Hastati are the frontline skirmishers tasked with both harassing the enemy forces and distracting enemy fire, armed with little else than automatic rifles. Medics, meanwhile, are tasked with taking care of the health of every member of the military, from Hastati to the Alicia themself.
The simplest branch is the navy, led by the Magister Maris (Master of the Sea), who head the leading ship of the armada, the SMCS Johanna. This floating fortress of a ship also has support, in the forms of the Ferryfighters' Fighting Ferries, intentional distractions for enemy fire, and the Antenaut-run Aphids, which are used to disable ships for easier sea warfare. The reason why Ferrymen are placed higher than Antenauts is due to the Aphids being fragile and cheaper, and thus more expendable, but in some wars, the Antenauts were the ones who changed the tide (unintentional pun) of the battle on the seafront.
Our most complicated division is the cavalry, led by the Magister Vehiculum (Master of Vehicles), same as the Magister Militum and Magister Maris, but for the cavalry. Below it is the Magister Fectum (Master Engineer), who is responsible for leading teams in the construction of vehicles and training of animals. For the land subdivision, we first have the Riding Hunters, leaders of the subdivision set in the best tanks Alicetopia has access to. They train the Tankmen, who drive in smaller tanks and support the Riding Hunters, serving the purpose of harassing the enemy until the Riding Hunters and Tankmen show up. The topmost rung of the Aerial subdivision are the Head Pilots. Same role as the Riding Hunters, but for planes instead. Below them are the Bombardiers, tasked with flying the Bustards, as well as support planes designed for head-on aerial combat.
However, we would not be able to get our army to where it is now without equipment, which is where the Suppliers come in, led by the Magister Mechanicum, the master of machinery. They organise the three subdivisions and help provide the funds necessary to keep the subdivisions going. For weapons, the Forgemasters are responsible for creating parts for our armaments, as well as the swords for close-range combat, aided by their Apprentices, who assemble said firearms. For vehicles, the Head Mechanics are responsible for the construction of the tanks and jeeps that the cavalry use, while the Mechanics help maintain them. Lastly, the Developers help with the information equipment, which is vital for intelligence that allows us to organise tactics for the battles we face. To ensure that the information technology works, our Quality Assurance tests it out and gives feedback on them.
We also have our Special Forces, a select group of people tasked with Special missions, trained by the best of the best to become better than them. These forces are sent out first in order to open the way for our main army to come in and secure victory for whoever we side with.

Aeronautic Ambitions
The National Allastrian Space Agency has announced it has launched a new rocket last Friday at around 4:30 PM at the Erangelesk Space Center, 50 miles away from the capital Vatrinica. The Director of the NSA stated that this is great achievement for the Allastrian People, and in the scientific and aerospace fields. The rocket, a Spear Trident Type III, is carrying a new satellite that will be used for scientific research and communications. In the future, the agency plans to send a Rover to Karst, the Red Planet, to conduct scientific research on the planet.
While Tyulenistan is open to diversifying trade and opening all nations in order to increase the economies and standards of living in all countries, we do however want to highlight a very important counter argument to the establishment of a Global Union. Firstly, the establishment of a Global Union could potentially be disastrous for smaller or more concentrated markets - deregulatory policies can be harmful for small markets. Secondly, establishing a Global Union could adversely impact the relevance of some nations. Allowing nations to analyze and prioritize their wants and needs on a case-by-case basis not only increases communication and diplomacy between nations, but also allows for great price negotiations. Lastly the establishment of a Global Union decreases the bargaining power of each individual country.
While Tyulenistan has not come to any finial decision, regarding the establishment of a Global Union, we do believe that the arguments and issues we raised are important. Despite these initial reservations, the Tyulenistani Government still has a vested interest into exploring the possibilities of a Global Union.
We understand that smaller nations may have some concerns over joining an organisation that may ruin their economy. However, the members of the Global Union will in no way be able to force other countries to make changes to their internal policies. Changed will only be made in countries that agree to that particular change. It is more of a framework for addressing important issues than a strict organisation that enforces rules over its members.

TNN- Creating A Nation
So far, Mathew Milgorn is working on the establishment of his board, including ministers who take care of small issues and advisers who advise the president.
In a poll by Trident News Network, it appears over 82% of citizens approve of this unique system. But also, they would like the president to start creating some of the defining parts of a nation, such as a millitary, capital, economy, foreign relations, and many other things. "I shall do all of these," Milgorn said in a breifing to the public. "So we can be more united as Trident's in this union."

A Nail In The Coffin
Agent Aaron Hudson, Agent Jason Hobbs, and Agent Jeremy Bell met in a secret warehouse somewhere in the NCR. They were stationed there to help with the communist insurgency in Glasgow and other parts of the nation. They had committed assassinations, stole plans, planted bombs, and assisted rebel forces. Now, the higher ups in the SIA, including Director Langley, wanted the war to end quickly to hide the Allastrian government's involvement. They discussed some last measure plans to further deal blows to the Celtic Forces.
"High Command has tasked us with one final mission to deal a large blow to the Celtic government to hopefully put an end to the civil war. Our intel has found out where the leader of the NCR, David Morgen, is currently residing. Our mission is to take him out quietly and discretely. A violent attack will only enrage the NCR into waging an all out war. But if we make it look like an accident, they might become unstable," Agent Hudson, the team leader stated.
"How do we plan to make it look like an accident, Hudson?" replied Agent Bell.
"We have to slip some Aconite into their Leader's cup of coffee. It should look like a heart attack and be virtually untraceable to us or the rebels," he replied.
"When will we slip it into his drink, then?" asked Agent Hobbs.
"Tomorrow, at around 1500 hours, they will be having a state dinner. We will pose as waiters and infiltrate the event. I have to warn you though, the complex is heavily guarded. One small mistake can jeopardize this whole operation. This is not a mission we can afford to fail."
