The Federal Council meets up in the Tower of Daniel, for the third time this month to address a very important issue.

"There's little room, and we need resources!" says one councillor.
"There are plenty of resources in Dwaorła, we just need more space for the populous, Its's growing quickly." argues a second councillor,
They begin arguing back and forth about this new decision, a concept most people nowadays haven't heard of in Dvaorla: Expansion.

A man by the name of Górznież Rybak steps into the Federal Council's meeting room and says, "Alright, stop bickering like young children! This is a nation, a people, not a toy in the box nor a swing in the playground. A show of hands from us and then a paper to every door of Dwaorła. We'll sort this out how we're meant to. We may want to expand the country, and it would hold significant benefits like the resources and the space that comes with the new land that we're to march into."
As soon as he stops talking the two councillors nod and sit back down ready to behave like an adult and a leader of a country rather than a toddler who's lost his milk bottle. Rybak calls three options.
"Alright, option one is we take a portion of the wojsko and march them south, expanding our borders further inland and maybe taking partial control of the Kwadratopiach. Option two, we still take the wojsko both nudge them east instead, reaching our borders past Pierskówe and taking more arctic terrain, may I remind you the history we have with that, Wielka Zima, for example. The Third and final option: We stay as we are, we don't move east or south and just keep ourselves how we are."
Rybak then repeats these three options slowly one by one, as he repeats option one, out of 108 councillors, 68 raise their hands. Then as he repeats option two, out of 108 councillors, 28 raise their hands. The victor of this vote was clear but Rybak proceeded to repeat the third option, out of 108 councillors, 12 raise their hands.
The 68 councillors then collectively silently cheer as their choice wins with 62.96% of councillor hands as it then goes to the populous to vote as well. The meeting ends for the day and the councillors go home or to their County work, eagerly awaitng the votes to come in. The populous has two days to vote.

The Federal Council meets at the Tower of Daniel once again.

The results have come in from the vote on expansion. Councillors continue to jump out of their seats desperate to hear the results.
Górznież walks into the Federal Council's meeting room with a paper in his hands, he says as he approaches the microphone to speaks, "Shimmer down ladies and gentlemen, the results are in we know what the public's opinions are on Dwaorła\'s potential expansion." he pauses for a second to read the paper. After a long 30 minutes he begins, "Wait we need a broadcaster in here or somthing, get one here I believe the public would like to hear how their Republika Federalna is doing right now and what."
30 minutes later one arrives and sets up the camera. The reporter hits broadcast and begins streaming Rybak. He finally begins, "From his sheet of paper I hold in my hand, as I'm sure you're aware there was a vote to be made, I will read the results of that vote. To remind everyone, the first option was for the Wojsko Dwaorły to march south and plant a few flags in that area, we'd be getting to the Kwadratopiach that last night took flight Orło-89. And the votes for this are overwhelmingly large, 78.91% of people chose to expand Dwaorłe south. The second option.." he pauses to breathe, "..was to expand to the east, enlarge ourselves on the Arctic front past that island we hold. 18.65% of people voted for Option East. Finally, the last option was to not expand at all, unsurprisingly only 2.44% of people voted for that option." He finishes reading the paper then looks up and towards the camera, he nods and then looks towards the rest of councillors.
He then continues again, "We will prepare our forces. In two days, we will launch the expansion plan. Armia and Śily Lotnicze, prepare yourselves.Thank you everyone for listening to this and to you people for voting, may God bless you all." He turns to the camera woman and tells her to cut the broadcast as he plays Bogurodzica audibly from the speakers of the Tower. The councillors leave the Tower of Daniel, some proudly singing along to the National Anthem playing from the tower and others praying to God.
