GOALS!
Goals are good. My goal right now is to survive the small ice age Missouri is in right now.
We are hitting the February curse in the northeast, snow storm after snow storm right now.
This is kinda novel actually. It's the first time in forever that it's actually felt like winter.
Had a story idea concerning multiple universe versions of one person having to work together to solve a murder mystery, where the victim is another version of them.
Kinda confusing, but I'm working on it.

I have started a simple calorie counting diet, only allowing myself 2000 calories a day.
In the first week I have lost 5 pounds, and my resting heart rate has dropped 8 beats per minutes.
Quarantine really screwed me over.
More than the plague, it's been the weather that's messed me up. Crazy out-of-nowhere storms, brutally hot temperatures, and two weeks below freezing just recently have really screwed up my morning run over the last ten months. I've got a treadmill, but I have a hard time sticking with it when I'm indoors.
