Maybe even Katakura and Ryan teaming up again to go after a cult faction engaging in human trafficing across the boarder.

Im thinking perhaps we could do more with the research at the Dark Room. we could also do time jump as well. Thats all i could think of.

So I was thinking maybe a group of disgruntled government officials/IDF and provinicial military officers and corporate executives, disgruntled over the allocation of resources in the shelters, attempt a palace coup against Meiya's government that ultimately fails. I'll have this faction be a group that was skeptical of the railgun from early on. It'll be independent of the cult though, and purely the "patriots-who-think-their-country-has-gone-the-wrong-way" types.

Kind of a way to show, "ok the rock is about to hit and people are starting to crack and panic a little." I don't plan to make it a huge thing, just an event going on in the Imperial District. Kind of like ending of FMA Brotherhood, how the whole thing went down in the palace and everyone outside was listening to news broadcasts

Since it happens in the Imperial District, and the embassies are located there, other countries could get involved. Like show it from the SL Embasy staff POV while Senatorial Guards or Imperial Knights stand guard outside keeping them safe.

I was also thinking, kind of mirroring Yukio Mishima failed coup attempt and have the ringleader commit seppuku at the end. Also thinking of making the ringleader Meiya's former XO when she was a cruiser captain and him asking her to be his kaishakunin once the coup failed and he gave himself up.

I'll get it going in a day or so, once I get the whole thing thought up.

If no one objects I'm going to jump things one week ahead, I need some time to pass before I can do the palace coup.

Ok, sounds good. We can set it up as a way to show Meiya being able to handle a crisis in quick order.

I got a big buttload of family stuff going on plus some job interviews in the next couple weeks, so I'll get it out when I can. Hopefully I can start it in the next couple of days.
