It's complicated. Potenzia is basically just occupying Suleon unless someone else annexes it or their Queen is captured. They don't have much an army to fight back with.

Sulasburg is divided, with some of the 9 kingdoms/provinces in allegiance with Potenzia, some with Suleon, and some with Venoano.
