Yes, I'm. I like this game because I can learn and practice write in English.

I am glad that you are using the game to improve your language skills. I tend to be a little shy about using other languages with people who have more experience with the language, so it is good to see that you are putting yourself out there.

I will say that I did not listen completely through either of the links. I appreciate this style of music, and am glad that its purpose is to glorify God, but it is not necessarily my preferred style of music. A lot of these songs too, I can play/sing by myself if I wanted to, and I am in a point in my life where I am missing music I have to sing with others. (Hopefully I will be able to meet in-person with others soon though!)

Lately I have been interested in studying settings of the Psalm that are meant to be sung, and have been really enjoying it. I have been listening a lot to the Scottish Metrical Psalter, which puts all the psalms into meter so they can be sung using common melodies. I appreciate that the text is from scripture. Here is a playlist with some of the songs sung by various choirs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mzz_JvUQJCI&list=PLCX5FfkPoLhxREft365MD_UiP5bZRj57e

A prayer for Good Friday

Today we pause to remember your sacrificial love
That shone light into the darkness
That bore life from such emptiness
That revealed hope out of devastation
That spoke truth through incrimination
That released freedom in spite of imprisonment
And brought us forgiveness instead of punishment.

Thank you that we can now walk in the light of your life,
Hope, truth, freedom and forgiveness,
This day and everyday.

Finally I'm a Theocracy!

Happy Easter everyone!!! May the hope, peace & love of this season give you the strength, humility and courage for the next...

‘Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a LIVING HOPE through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead’ (1Peter 1:3)

The year 2021 marks the quincentenary of an important event in the history of the Reformation and Western Christianity.
On the eighteenth of April 1521, Martin Luther, having been summoned to the Diet of Worms, affirmed bravely his belief in two theological doctrines sola fide and sola scriptura, which were to form the basis of the subsequent Protestant faith.

Pray for Colombia! 🙏

Good and Gentle God,
We pray in gratitude for our mothers and for all the women of history who have joined with you in the wonder of bringing forth new life. You who became human through a woman, grant to all mothers the courage they need to face the uncertain future that life with children always brings.

Give them the strength to live and to be loved in return, not perfectly, but humanly. Give them the faithful support of family and friends as they care for the physical and spiritual growth of their children. Give them joy and delight in their children to sustain them through the trials of motherhood. Most of all, give them the wisdom to turn to you for help when they need it most.
