Well, in my country, we do get earthquakes from time to time since we lie on the Pacific Ring of Fire. We also get typhoons which worsen it. But where I live rarely gets hit by the storms. If it does get hit, floods occur very quickly as the city is located in a basin.

I fixed it. Turned out I just needed to click "show allowed and blocked cookies". YouTube.com was blocked, so I allowed that, and now I'm back on my account with it :)
