The Chicken War: Part 1.

The 1960s were a prosperous time in Chicken Tenderlandian History. The Chicken Industry saw a huge boom, new chicken restaurants opened up. This was mostly caused by the number of Chicken Farms, resulting in a surplus of Chicken Products. The government signed the internal Chicken Act. Which prohibited the sale of Chicken Tenderlandian Chicken products to external nations for cheap. This gave a huge boost to many nations in the UKL, and made others weaker. Either way, Chicken Tenderland seemed unstoppable, but was it?

In 1972, a powerful businessman named Kenji Bukano bought up and rebranded a lot of restaurants in New Tenderlandia.
The Tenderland Fried Chicken Chain, or just TFC, was growing across the city, and on paper, it just looked like a normal Fried Chicken Chain. But on the inside, there was much more going on. Kenji Bukano was the leader of a very powerful, influential, and rich crime family, known as the Tenderlandian Yakuza. A crime family that originated from Tokugawan Japan. The Tenderlandian Yakuza were organized and well-armed, as far as crime families went. The Tenderlandian Yakuza were powerful and considered a region-wide Security Threat in the UKL. But they had enough money that they could bribe anybody after them. But why were they starting a fried chicken chain? That is unknown. Either way, the TFC chain of restaurants was, to say the least, competitive. However, this competition was never violent, until...

In 1973, a group of Tenderlandian Yakuza Thugs drove to a local Chicken Restaurant in a black van. Four men pilled out of the van carrying baseball bats and revolvers. They stepped into the building, and either beat or shot everybody in there. The incident was known as the Hottest Wings shooting. Named for the name of the restaurant. And this would kickstart an era of violence in Chicken Tenderlandian history, known as the Tendercity riots.
