The F-Sulettá T78
Today, the Parecevelan military vehicles company, "Veícuos Sulettá" has revealed its newest vehicle to enter service in the National Force at a military parade in the city of Providencia shown to a huge crowd of spectators in celebration of the nation's 68th year since its independence from Heredia.
The vehicle, known as the F-Sulettá T78, is a light APC and Infantry fighting vehicle, it's meant for dealing with primitive armies who might attempt to attack Parecevela's new colonies, rebellions, and also heavily armed criminals, transporting troops, and also has the ability to destroy other armored vehicles, although not very effectively.
This vehicle is about the size of a large van, being quite compact, its armor is also fairly light, being able to stop autocannon and small HEAT rounds up front, and anti-tank rifle rounds from the side. Its engine exhaust also has protection against fire explosives. While this makes it fairly poor against modern armies, it's enough for its intended role, and it also gives it the advantage of making the vehicle extremely easy and cheap to produce, and also quite fast and mobile, even on rough terrains.
The T78's main armament is a 75mm howitzer equipped with an autoloader. It's able to fire canister shells meant to deal with huge groups of light infantry, High explosive rounds for buildings and emplacements, smoke shells, and also HEAT rounds for destroying enemy armor, although they're not rated to fight other modern tanks.
Its secondary armament includes coaxial and roof-mounted 14mm machine guns, a grenade mortar, and an optional Missile Launcher for dealing with tanks, however, this is quite rare.
The Suletta has already entered mass production, around 1000 vehicles have been ordered by the Parecevelan Vehicles, however, this could increase should the vehicle turn out to be really effective. Many have already been sent to the Melanesian colonies as well, already turning out to be useful for exploring deeper in land and going past extremely rough jungle terrain.
