Officially the USIH has nuclear weapons...unofficially we point them at whoever is being the most annoying at any given time. In addition to the standard strike packages aimed at MAC all the time...(just in case) because its nice to have a long term rivalry!
That last Serif RP got off to a bad start, Muss. We shall see how the new one works out.
Officially I have nuclear weapons with first and second strike capabilities. Unofficially I have contingency plans for most eventualities concerning nuclear war but always have two nuclear armed submarines that are rotated with targets in the Macabees. That has been an on going policy since before this region was founded.
I have no missiles, just a small number of atomic bombs.
