Then you gotta need Citizenship, and then you can become Outreach-staff(these are the people in europeia that do the recruiting)
After that you need to join the Discord, and there i can tell you how exactly it works.

No, you don't. There are plenty of Europeian citizens (myself included) who don't have WA nations in the region, or don't have a WA nation at all.
