Ok

Uncilttakia wrote:Ahem, just because he was in the room doesn't mean he was trying to plot something, the prince would've heart it! Also, he might've just been on his job, taking care of the prince.

Judge Ben: you do have a point, prosecutor you may start

Haskins: This is our last question for the soldier and that is what were you doing in that room before the situation had happen and why was your dna over that room and why were you dna and hand prints found on the prince's body?

We've set up a statue for Kaiserin Amelie on the Ehrenplatz in Kaiserstadt. Her statue is right beside the one of Sergeant Schmitz. At least they're together again.

Soldier: The prince was scared, so I went to cheer him up, since he was the prince of my nations ally. I'd be happy to help him at any time.

Haskins: did you or did you not try to stop the terrorist from shooting the prince

Prov wrote:Haskins: did you or did you not try to stop the terrorist from shooting the prince

The terrorist shot the prince right as I walked in, there's nothing I could've done about it.

I will say something. The soldiers fingerprints being on the prince is no proof at all, because the prince was murdered by a gun, not by a knife, so if he shot the prince, he wouldn't need to touch the prince.

Judge Ben: if that is all, may we start the closing statement.

Haskins: Jury, here today you have a decision to make and that is either that this soldier is guilty or not guilty and we have provided evidence that should get this soldier convinced as guilty and that this court must do it's job

Can the prosecutor and I sum up our cases before the jury votes?

Judge Ben: not granted, can you do your closing statement so that the jury may vote

(When I say sum up my cases that's what I mean) Alright.

I believe there is not enough evidence to prove the crozo soldier guilty. First of all, he could not have helped the terrorists kill prince because the prince was shot right as he went in, even if that was not the case, the terrorist was likely a sniper, so he might've not seen the terrorist until he sniped the boy, remember, there were no windows. And besides that there is no direct proof he killed the boy. Therefore, he is completely innocent on ALL charges. And even if he complied with the terrorists, he definitely did not kill the prince. But I am saying he did neither, and I have plenty of proof to back that up, the proof which I just stated. I rest my case. Also, the killer shot the price with a gun, so the killer would not need to touch the prince. And if the soldier killed him, the the gun would've been at the scene, but if the terrorists killed him, which they did, they would've ran away with their guns.
