While it may appear that way to people who don't know anything, the regional government is not just sitting about doing nothing. Government posts are assigned to do some specific task. I'm currently recruiting for the purposes of forming an active group capable of writing WA Office opinions on WA proposals (and best, without my having to prod the opinions out of people). Two days ago I finished writing the bbCode and skeletons for the WA Office dispatch site. Yesterday and the day before I did a server upgrade – spent a lot of money – that caused some outages in the InfoEurope application.

Yesterday I spent the day coding up an extension to the eurobackend application to partially automate WA Office opinions, integrate various different functions into our recordkeeping, and correct a bug in the API pulls. Today I set up a test Minecraft server, tomorrow I'm upgrading the storage medium. Sure, this stuff isn't really something you can get other people to help with. Hardware upgrades are hardware. But I want also to make clear that I'm not just sitting around ignoring your request. There are other priorities.

I want also to clarify why I requested WA Office-type material. I want a functioning WA Office that isn't just led by me alone. I also don't know you all that well. If you want on board, show me what you can do.
