I'm against the legalization of gay marriage as I'm a traditional American conservative

It is enshrined in law that whenever a news article is published, all citizens who have not opted out out of it (opting out is like trying to cancel an online subscription service) receive a message to their phone with a link to the article.

A Supreme Court protecting the civil rights of citizens? As an American, I must say I have not seen this for a long time.

The Reunited Yugoslavs wrote:Question for everyone: would you live in your NS nations if they existed IRL?

Kanokla is just my fantasy version of the US, so absolutely. Non-imperialistic, union with Quebec, universal healthcare, First Nations recognized and protected in the Kanoklan constitution, not to mention a sleeping superpower. 💪 It is more or less a leftist union of Canada and the US without the irl American southwest and Texas. War with Mexico never happened in the the 1840's.

I don’t know a whole lot about US politics but taking a good look around and taking into account the recent Supreme Courts decision leads me to believe that they are evolving backwards.

This is a recent question 11 hours ago, by the way. If Angvar were to exist it would span much of Europe from the Atlantic to the Urals, with North America and the Middle East. Unrestrainable absolute monarchy, territorial expansionist, integrationist, anti-political pluralist, multi-ethnic, a huegf##k af military-industrial complex, nuclear weapons state, and things like that. Not to mention it is an archrival to both Eurasia, China and the Atlantic Bloc, all of which are superpowers.

This is very hard to say out of my mouth especially in this community but I have a very different political standing than all those years ago and since this community revolved around a political sandbox game I believe it is best for me to go.
Don't flame me or anything, just know that stuff that i have in mind can offend people here such as being patriotic of china and I would sincerely say goodbye to you guys.
✨good bye❤️

Hello everyone!
Starting today, once per day, I'll post a fact regarding the so-called Italian First Republic, a term refering to my country's political system between 1948 and 1994. I'll try to address events happening in that same day I'll post of them and I'll highlight the darksides of that period. The First Republic is considered both a golden age and a dark age of Italian politics and I'll do my best to paint a truthful picture of it. This series will end on the 25th of September, which will be Election Day here. I hope you'll find it interesting and intriguing.

Once Upon a Time in the First Republic
Episode #1

On August 2nd 1980 a bomb in the Bologna Central railway station exploded killing 85 and wounding over 200 people. The responsibles were found to be members of a neo-fascist terrorist organization called Nuclei Armati Rivoluzionari. Yet, according to some theories, the true mandators were the Mossad and the CIA, as an attempt to 'punish' Italy for some secret deals it made with the OLP. It is also widely believed that the Italian Secret Services, or parts of them, were in some degrees either involved in the bombing or in the cover up of the massacre. In any case, the massacre is considered to be the last act in the so-called Years of Lead and in the 'Strategy of Tension' in Italy.
