confused as to how i became delegate and then banned? i wasn't even online for almost a month and i came back to find myself kicked from the region after having been banned.

I would like to apologize for this confusion. Our region was raided and the raiders supplanted my role as WA Delegate with you. I banned the raiders in question, and I temporarily banned you. I then lifted your ban once the threat of the raiders passed. I understand that you were not involved in this raid but I needed to be sure.
Economy, but Military is a close second when being next to Russia.

You should remove executive authority from WA delegate for security reasons. They have only 3 endorsements, which mean easy overthrow by raiders, even petty ones.
And who are you to say such things, I’ve been actively trying to suppress raiders and vigilant in banning raiders. This is your first comment on this board in months and this is your first statement? The only person who can remove executive authority from the WA Delegate is the founder, if you have a problem with it, take it up with 
Imperial Nepal via telegram, instead of issuing messages onto this board.
