?
the forums were the one thing that continued to function.

They've been up and down ever since the game came back online. Maybe too many users?

Well, the WA is back online.

(I'm not just swapping puppets for fun; it's my weekly log into the puppets session) Update on my editing: Currently three quarters through the editing and minor changes to my old 2017 NaNoWriMo Islands of Adventure. This is based off the old Compuserve game Islands of Kesmai. The basic theme of the novel is that in a magical world, the MC sails to the islands of adventure where, slowly, even his own suspension of disbelief is questioned, and he finally sees what's behind that curtain into the truth. It's like a fantasy version of the Matrix, I suppose.

Perhaps the most important NS Mega fun poll ever...

i'm sure that's what you missed most.

This bycatch thing is easily ignored

I should start waiting until these things pass and then casually point out how it's simple to just not comply with them

I voted against it on general principles.

Me too. I vote against everything. I may start voting against repeals because when they repeal something it's just so they can pass some more (probably worse) garbage.

Heck, looking over the last 10 resolutions passed, they all have easily exploitable loopholes. They're just passing blockers.

Maybe because there's nobody in the GA actively RPing non-compliance anymore? They don't bother making things airtight now.

Maybe we should keep quiet about this.....

Thats what I've pretty much been doing. I have a list of three or four nations, who if I see they are involved, gets an automatic AGAINST vote because I know the're repealing to replace. Its kinda hard for me because as a old fashioned Nat Sover I believed the mantra, "appeals are our friends!".

My edit (and slight revision) of Islands of Adventure is done. I'll do some more adjusting and update the LuLu Book this weekend, going to the point of giving it an ISBN number so it can go to the wider world. (Hey, I've got $1.28 in unpaid revenue! I'm rich and famous! Someone bought one of my vampire novels.)

So we were wondering what to do with our nuclear waste. Long story short; we got nukes now!

American Honey and Grapefruit Soda make a nice little cocktail. I might try American Honey and Squirt next.

Just picked up a new bourbon today. Rebel 100. I found out it used to be named Rebel Yell(a bourbon that Felix mentioned but I hadn't tried). This is their 100 proof, and I have to say its rather nice. I still think Wild Turkey 101 just barely edges it out, but its a very nice sipping bourbon. Also the price is very nice as it was just under $25 with tax.

This one get the seal of approval from the Antarctic Oasis's resident
official hillbilly and lush.

Have not tried the 100. The old 80 proof was very good. Sorry to hear it no longer causes yelling.

It still might cause some yelling. Its very smooth for 100 proof. It has a hotness, but not a burn. I figure after about three glasses I might start to hoot and hollar...might even give a rebel yell or two.😁
