Just like the Dude, the AO abides!😁

Mournivalia and Krioval

Just read your declaration and I admit I'm rather torn on the matter. One being that My Nation might be on that list of WA Elites(ie The UN Old Guard). However in my defense, I was inducted into that membership mostly for my ability to play the straight man, lead rousing games of Pie in the Face, and my knowlage of American Straight and Bonded Bourbon.😉

Secondly, Snuggles really doesn't scare me too much...now the unspeakable horrors from beyond all space and time that VL and I had to clear out of DLE's old offices. Those still give me nightmares. Just mentioning the Kittens of Tindalos and their hairballs of doom causes me a case of the heebie-jeebies!

Snuggles is the face of all eldritch Assembly Horrors... probably from Dunwich too.

Retired WerePenguins is ranked 3,169th in the world and 4th in Antarctic Oasis for Smartest Citizens, with 151.98 quips per hour.
We beat out the Palentine by 18.75 quips per hour.

Dagnabbit!!!😠😝

OK, our economy isn't the best in the region. In fact we are number 6th. I blame previous administrations. I mean we should at least be better than South Jenstown (that Left Wing Utopia). I am calling on our bloated government on streamlining the economy and allowing the free market to clobber the Kennyites, kick the asses of the Gruenbergers. pass over the Kriovallers, trounce the Palentineans, and yes, economically burry the Jeniacs.

The Exxosian economy is balls deep in the Kennyite and Murrayland economies, but if you want a trade treaty, we're sluts for a good economic plan. XD

After watching many of your nation's infomercials on late night TV about a dozen of my nation's Sparks(aka Mad Scientists) have petitioned Her Hotness to pursue an economic/reseach agreement with your nation. The Sparks feel your products are on the right track, but aren't grand enough or dangerous enough to push the envelope of true discovery. They would like to assist a few of your nation's corperations in their endeavors. Her Hotness seems to tenatively be for this(Sparks make her nervous...hell, they make most sane people nervous.)

2 days 15 hours ago: Ainocra was ranked in the Top 10% of the world for Nudest.

The Ainocran people are proud of what we have!

For more info, just ask Prince Sebastian's step-dad/babysitter, Perfecto. :o

(Although Sebastian's sister Cassandra is just as terrifying...or at least her science projects are.)

The lovepocalypse

Hello all you wonderful people, just letting you know that all of you are beautiful people deserving of love. <3

And also letting you know that you are worth it. You have value, and you matter. Please never forget that! <3

Lucky for Perfecto she isn't a potential Spark. She just has Morticia Addams's green thumb when it comes to Mario style Piranha Plants.😁

The children of The Palentine are often remarked upon for their cheery attitude to extreme violence.
😁

News headlines suggest that Empress Jhessan Spaulding has a sideline in guinea pig pimping.

😁😂😂😂

The "Dreadnowt" is the pride and joy of the Palentinean Navy.
😉

The Totally Naked Fraternity of Retired WerePenguins is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, ruled by Navigator Santa Blonde with an even hand, and notable for its keen interest in outer space, strictly enforced bedtime, and stringent health and safety legislation. The hard-nosed, hard-working population of 34.515 billion WerePenguins have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

Yes, it's true, our nation has now more than quadruple the number of people on the earth.
Yes, it's true, NationStates is INSANE.

Third world countries are rich in "I Love The Burgh" t-shirts.
😁

The Star Empire of Ainocra is a gargantuan, efficient nation, ruled by Supreme Marshal Alcon Enta with an even hand, and notable for its smutty television, digital currency, and punitive income tax rates. The hard-nosed, hard-working population of 13.611 billion Ainocrans have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

So RP is just completely dead in the WA now, huh.

How in Wena's name do people enjoy this? Just arguing out of character over rules and regulations. It's about as much fun as going to a local council meeting, except at least there you might have half a chance of getting a pothole fixed or something.

Most of the proposals are almost micromanaging WA nations. When one tries to RP you mostly get ignored( with the exception of one or two people). Many in the Festeting Snakepit have no sense of humor and take their efforts too seriously. Sometimes in the past we might have too, but we kept perspective and still tried to have fun with it. I almost wish for the days of FL, Waterana, and Leonard Ottersby where I could argue with them in the Snakepit, then have fun with them in the Stranger's Bar afterwards with no ill feelings. I've even been called out in the debates for referring to the Hallowed WA Hall as the Festering Snakepit. A player suggested I resign because I had called the WA such a name. Now I almost entirely stick to the Stranger's Bar...which reminds me, I have to po!ish up a post I'm planning for that thread.

By the way, Its good to hear from you again Gruen.

The new 'Things We Stole From Other Countries' exhibition at the National Museum of Antiquities is a hit.
😉😝

Public Service announcement...
If there are any millennials or zoomers out there having their first WWIII scare.

Find yourself a Gen X friend. We spent our literal childhood prepping for Nuclear War, alone, while eating Pop Tarts straight from the foil and drinking Kool Aid.

We've got you.
😉😁

the house i grew up in had a bomb shelter. not sure what bomb it would've saved me from, but i think it would've been decent for a tornado.
