Hello, I'm helping coordinate with Africa, Alcris, Arcesia, India, and Mandala, the RainDrop Pact's attack and defense in these explosive times.

Please do not attack nations in factions outside of the designated factions to target (provided below - updates given). Even if a nation from another faction targets us. Just ignore that individual nation and use shield for anything incoming. Only attack the designated factions.

Do not retaliate attack Potato Alliance, Kingly Heathens Asserting Neighborliness, Anime Nations Against Liberals, etc. Even if some of their members attack our faction, just shield the incoming missiles, and ignore them.

Monstrous howls echo out from the thickest forests and the tallest peaks. Evil eyes watch intently from dark, forgotten corners. Magic of a most cruel sort begins to blossom in basements and in lonely huts. Halloween looms on the horizon.

And what better way of celebrating that than with some spooky movies to get the proper atmosphere here in the region? The Community Office intends to run a series of movie nights during the October weekends leading up to Halloween, each one showcasing a wonderfully frightening piece of cinema!

While some of the specifics still need to be ironed out, I encourage you to send me your suggestions for movies to watch by Discord DM or by NS telegram if you happen to have any. Every single one helps! Of course, we do have a few criteria to consider. Mainly, in addition to being in the horror genre or Halloween-themed, try to stay away from overly gory or inappropriate movies. We understand that many horror movies are going to feature some grit and gore, but it does still need to fall within the bounds of the server rules. We'll review any lesser-known movies beforehand, so if you have an obscure one you'd like us to screen, go ahead and submit it!
