A self-styled 'revolutionary', Ism Oudii, has been putting on some bad apples in Krasnaya because he felt that H Douglas/Scheinenland has treated him unfairly, so he started a short-lived revolution to end the 'dictatorship' of Krasnaya's Superintendent of State.
I don't have any explainations left for that, but it is recommendable that necessary actions must be taken to prevent this guy or his puppets from ever annoying the region or any of Krasnaya's embassies.
