(ALARM SOUND) WARNING! THIS IS A WARNING ISSUED FROM THE CNDAS. PLEASE SEEK SAFETY! MULTIPLE BOMBS HAVE JUST BEEN DROPPED ON THE CITY OF CARACAS. IF YOU ARE IN THE CITY OF CARACAS, OR WITHIN 150 MILES OF THE CITY, PLEASE SEEK SHELTER AT A LOCAL BOMB SHELTER OR YOUR BASEMENT. WE WILL NOW HEAR A WORD FROM OUR PRESIDENT.
“Yes, multiple bombs have been dropped on Caracas a few minutes ago. No planes were spotted before the bombing, which means that no evacuations could’ve been made, and many civilians died in the bombing. The bombers have been identified as part of the CSR. Mr. Salvador, this is a message. We will be sending 30,000 troops on boat to travel through the Gulf of Venezuela and into your controlled territory. We are telling you this so we can properly fight. And to any other countries watching this message, we do not want any intervention in this battle. It is us against a group that has been terrorizing our nation for some time now. Thank you.”
