Nah I dont think I've ever seen a diner like that. But I have been to a Gas Station just past the line that had photos of winners plastered all over the walls. They said they had more lottery winners there than anywhere else in Georgia. Fireworks is thankfully legal tho. I think california are the ones that illegalized them, which honestly kinda make's since with the whole drought and wildfires and all that goin on out there.
