Eurussia is pleased to announce that the merger between WA and Free Pact has took effect.

Welcome to all the former members of the Free Pact and now, officially members of the alliance!

Aveles, our nation wants to actively engage in any organization, what are your terms?

Furthermore, we also formally invite all members of the Golden Entente to join the alliance!

How do you suggest we conduct such summit? It sounds good!

All we ask is that you ratify the Golden Entente's Charter.

THE GOLDEN CHARTER
This charter is in four sections, describing the four sections of Free Trade, politics, intellectual/educational, and the Golden Council.

I. Free Trade

1. All nations must agree on free trade, that is, 0% percent tariff rates.

2. All nations must agree on a low tariff rate of no more than 5% on imported goods if either nation does not want non-extant tariffs.

3. If war occurs among the GE(Golden Entente) nations, trade must not be halted.

II. Politics

1. The Entente Party is the official party of the Entente.

2. Any other party created with members of the outside world will not be recognized by the GE, but it will be allowed to exist.

3. A party must have no less than two members.

III. Intellectual and Education

1. The nation that joins the GE must give at least 100 university professors to the Schola.

2. The nation must reject its own education ministry and accept the Golden Entente's education department.

3. If the Schola is in need of expansion, A construction force is needed from the participating nation.

IV. The Golden Council

1. The 2 chairmen rule for life.

2. There are currently 4 Ministries; Espionage, Education, Politics, and Arts.

3. The Council consists of the two chairmen, and all of the ministers.

4. The Council decides when a new ministry should added.
