So yeah, I've taken a lot of naps and if my nights have been eventful and restless, AND I find some time, I'll take a nap. Tho, it is getting less frequent now my children are growing up.
If i am feverish, I'll try to sleep as much as possible too, even during day time. Not sure these "daytime sleeping " counts as naps.
Since I sleep 3-4 hours, I do take a power nap of 30-45 minutes from 2:30PM- 3:00 or 3:15 PM to refresh myself.

Yes, almost every day. Sometimes multiple naps if I can manage it. I also sleep 8-10 hours a night. In general, being alive is too boring to be worth doing all the time, so naps are essential.

I’ve taken a nap about 5 times that I can remember since after I was 3. I also did the math and figured out I get less than half average sleep and have spent more than a year in my life just trying to fall asleep so yeah life is good
