Yeah, I haven't like how they've made certain characters act to make the main characters or Cinder look better by comparison. They did both Ironwood and Neo dirty.

For me, I have been watching RvB until... the last last season. That is, I don't think I am personally going to like the most recent one. Doesn't feel right without the Blood Gulch gang.
I might be one of the weirdos that loves the later seasons of RvB too - sure they are a little weird, but they are still watchable. Didn't really like the Freelancer bits, feels too action-oriented and serious.

Dude! A three plate bench is not an "lol." that is an awesome accomplishment! Good! Freaking! Work! Most lifters, even serious ones, are never going to hit a three plate bench. Good stuff bro. Proud of you.

Squats are the single best movement you can do for any kind of development broskie. Power, strength, building mass, any of it. ;)
Just make sure you do them safely if you do. And don't feel like you have to hit your bench on squat super fast! That bench is a big number man, it's a lot to put on your back if you haven't squatted in a minute.
I used to squat, haven't in like 2 years lol, but I'm slowly getting back into deadlifting

Years ago I hit 3/4 on squat and deadlift, then messed me back up and haven't touched em since. Tried deadlifting last week and managed 3.5 for 1 without a belt traditional, so hopefully I can build that back up again slowly, without breaking my old man spine again haha

Dude nice! Yeah don't get hurt, we love you either way, but we prefer you uninjured lol. I throw a belt on starting with my 2nd to last warmup set on the squats, I've hurt my back twice (not bad) doing them before and don't really like doing that. XD
