All I did was blow up a few railways, Important Highways and Targeting key military figures, leaving the Military in disarray. No Civilians killed or harmed.
It is an act of war, if Chinese agents did the same to another country, you would see it as one. To imagine such an attack not harming any civilians is either really good propaganda or just an overestimation of how accurate a military strike can be. Rarely, if ever, has military action against another state not harmed civilians.
The target obejective wasn't to harm civillians but sabotage.
But realistically, there has never been a military operation that truly didn't harm civilians. The military is a very blunt and crude weapon and is not really meant for something such as dealing with civilians, which is why the Military Police is often deeply hated.

This applies especially to the Air Force, when you can't be on the ground to determine whether the target is an armed combatant or not is one of the main causes for the amount of civilian collateral damage in wars these days. The military is one of the worst possible tools to use for a policing force.

Exactly. The army isn't trained to deal with civilians. They are trained to be killing machines, and maybe, depending on the country, to tell the civilians to frick off or get shot. Because it is common they shoot people they consider a "threat", no matter if it's an old man screaming at them or a kid making fun of them. Of course, it always depends on the country and the soldier, but with an army of at least 5k soldiers, there will be many of those psycopaths.

The Chiots, once the ethnic that dominated Vantier, now a small minority that has been exiled to the Makhara desert, will be segregated from the rest of the Vantierian society. Now, most of Vantier's cities will be divided between "Chiot" and "Vantierian". The Chiot cities will only have Chiots, in order to keep them under control in a few cities. Chiots, just like before, won't be allowed to own guns, books or access the internet. Chiots won't be able to leave their city or neighborhood (depending on the laws of that specific city) and Chiots won't be able to join the police force, the military or any job related to politics. Companies will have to pay extra taxes if they want to work in Chiot cities and Chiots that commit ANY crime will be forced to become slaves. Chiot cities will be ruled by Vantierian politicians.
On the other side, everyone except Chiots are allowed to live in Vantierian cities. Vantierian cities are also way bigger, richer and free in every way.
The reason for this segregation system is to keep Vantierian cities pure and prevent the Chiots from becoming more influential and richer in Vantierian cities. The weak Vantierian police and Defense forces will work mostly in Chiot cities, due to the anarchy in the rest of Vantier.
All though it is wrong, There's nothing that the United Kingdom can do to stop this Segregation that is happening in Vantier. All though I disagree with this policy but there's nothing that I can do about it.
We are sorry the United Kingdom didn't like this new law. Fortunately, trade between our nations should not be affected. It may not be morally correct, but it is not meant to be permanent. It's similar to a quarantine to prevent the spread of a virus.
Although Trade is going to remain unharmed, But I hope that one day that the Vantanerian Government will realize of what they're doing is wrong, Freedom is the Right of all Sentient beings. We have spoken.
We do realize this is wrong, we don't like doing this and it makes everything more complicated, but we have no other choice. If the minority that has been opressed for centuries becomes too powerful, we might get our heads cut, and we don't want that.
To any of the Chiots who wish, the Pan-Pacific States are willing to take in any and all refugees as long as they choose to assimilate peacefully and immigrate legally.
Of course it is incorrect to liken a people to that of a virus that needs to be quarantined. I believe this may be a problem of the assimilation of the Chiots, if they are unwilling to let go of their culture for the sake of the country, I do understand that it is an issue.

We should create a new region. Without a founder, our region will slowly die, that's a fact. Sure, we will loose many nations at first, but we will recover. I am a very active nation, I have been answering every single issue since April even though I haven't been active in the forum until very recently. I would create a new region, but I don't really know how this works lol.

It could work, but I don't know about everyone else here because after all a lot of nations do call this place Home, so it's up to you.
I will need help because I really don't know what I'll be doing, and I want it to be fun. We will have elections again to choose a new president, W.A delegate and vice-president. If only 1 person wants to become one of these things, then there won't be elections.
