You have to find reasons, or make up reasons to be alive. We all have a reason to be here, even if the reason is small. I just avoid eating too much contemporary foods and factory foods and I walk and I stay healthy as much as I can.

What I do is I just stay healthy as possible and avoid beer and drugs. Beer gives you stomach fat.

There's also people like Nelson Mandela who was in prison for over 20 years ! And, there were Japanese holdouts who thought World War Two was still going on when they were living alone in the forests deep out into the islands far from Japan until the 1970's!

Don’t worry, as long as you have past connections that you might have sowed in your past life ( I already see why you are the way you are and what actions you might have done in your past life for you to be like this) or when you were younger, you will live and when your time comes and the number of breaths you were given are complete, only then you will die and hopefully, your rebirth happens in one of the complete genders. Of course, that is based on the actions you did in this life as well.

Not so sure I want to live to reach like...let's say 90. Not that I expect to live that long. I'd be surprised to reach 65, given my condition.
