Go to page=settings and add your email. So to join the WA, you click page=un the link, click apply, and then it'll send you an email if you have an email account for your nation. Then you click accept.

Your old nation won't have an email attached unless you added one, but if you did, you can go to this page: page=forgot_password then you'll get a password reset link.

Yeah. This won't save the old one, just the new one - but most of the time if someone loses the password to their old one they lose the password to their new one as well.
