3D print quality is still far from perfect. You'd find your copies lack the definition you're accustomed to, and if your copies copied themselves, it would be a slow decline into an amorphous blob.
Sounds a bit like the way humanity's going.
RNA replication has quality issues too. Lots of mutations. It is surprisingly hard to mass-produce exact copies of oneself!
Just recently finished the Genetics part of my course, fascinating. DNA mutations are an interesting concept.
As for cloning, as long as you're working with old DNA and reduced telomeres it will have it's issues (aside from others issues which I don't have enough knowledge of)
Plus you'd have to paint the copy of yourself, and clothe it. Unless you want to just make a mannequin that looks like you. xD
