I’ve noticed we share a Bay Area Raccooniah and Rising sakura so I propose we make some sort of agreement on a joint EEZ to prevent any accidents in the future. Trade wise it’s open to all of our trading partners. Military wise only warships from our nations have access to these waters unless otherwise (that being the occasional fleet week, alliance events, or visitors).
