Dear Internet

Can cats drink lactose-free milk? They have this now at Tommy’s. Milk and honey has killed poor old Sylvester. Only 23 and he keeled over during the charades last night after a few sips. Everyone shouted out their guesses as to what this might mean. “The economy,” said somebody British. “Greek bank teller,” said somebody Portuguese. “Dead cat,” said Pope Frankie. Pope Frankie won.

Yours respectfully

Fred the Cat

Dear Fred

Yes, as long as the lactose-free milk is specifically made for cats, cats may consume it. It should, however, be given in moderation since, while it hydrates a cat, it also includes a lot of calories. It's only for occasional or supplemental feeding, and it's not meant to be a major part of a cat's everyday diet.

With love

The Internet

Thursday at Tommy’s is Ladies’ Night, Lads’ Night, Gay Night and CATS DRINK FREE*

* Lactose free milk for cats only.

Keep calm and take off your clothes. (If you're wearing any, that is, otherwise just keep calm.) :)

Welcome !
Get to Tommy's, the world-class bar and lounge, and chillax with friends and cats. Meet Sal and the unnamed barman and all the other characters. Hope you like fireworks and wild dancing in the dunes. Make yourself at home

That’s our boy Rufus, tinkling the ivories direct from the Theatre Upstairs. Later this evening, Parrot sings Céline, en français s’il vous plait, in tandem with the spectacular fireworks above Yannsborg Citadel and just before wild dancing on the dunes.

And remember : don't go too close to the water. Not because we're hydrophobic, no. Our friends Sir Nigel and Dame Brenda Shark like to play Jaws, that's all.

Poor wild dancers in the dunes...you need a pick-me-up...? Come to Tommy's !
You prefer to chillout, perhaps ? Then step into to the dim lit milk and honey hookah lounge, play some backgammon with Pope Frankie and Prof. Van Stapel. I'll be wearing an ultra sheer burkha to get you into the proper Middle Eastern mood...the atmosphere is one of mystery and adventure...

You’re a “corrupt dictatorship”; that’s pretty close.

Friends of Dorothy wrote:You’re a “corrupt dictatorship”; that’s pretty close.

Actually I have never heard of a dictatorship that was not corrupt. The difference between that and corrupt democracies is the lack of watchdogs, transparency and accountability. That doesn't make corruption less unacceptable in democracies, but at least the right to speak against it exists.

I just had one of the scariest, creepiest moments of my life. I have a retro emergency hand crank radio. Long antenna and all the bells and whistles.
It's on my desk and I hardly ever use it. Possibly because I don't go through that many emergencies.

The point is that a few minutes ago it made a loud buzz for a few seconds, and then silence again...

It... really isn't.
In NS, a corrupt dictatorship is economically socialist, whereas RW Utopia is capitalist.

Let's hide our heads in the sand. The dunes aren't there for wild dancing only...

Hi all! I also run Sunny Glade, but when I saw Skyclad was becoming available after being locked for 19 years I had to grab the nation name :D I've been playing Skyclad as my primary nation, but I'll keep Sunny Glade in existence as well. Just wanted to re-introduce myself!
