To be frank...I used the silent process in mine.
Didn't utter any words but I did something and blamed him. As he was already renowned mischief guy no one believed him that he didn't do it ! He got called to the principal and his parents were called.
He Got 2 months suspension for that. But after that he became changed somehow to this day he is polite to everyone, So far I've seen.

Note: I didn't blame him directly. I just pointed the finger randomly but precisely at the guy. Telling other guy. It spread like wildfire.

Indian teachers aren't racist. But some in remote areas maybe because of dalits and stuff. Thankfully that is gone down by a lot.

Indian teachers are racist in different terms or kind. They prefer toppers and give attention to them only.

Though not all Indian teachers are like this, very few are like this.
