Salutations. As you know the region of Haven sits behind a password. This is one of the oldest regions in the game, and no other nation has the ability to enter it, as the few remaining natives claim it is a bastion of their RP. If these natives should cease to exist this region, and its history will be lost to the ages forever. These natives are screaming that they do not wish to participate in the Raider/Defender game, yet they sit behind that password, and participate in the R/D game with impunity, all while gloating about it.
The nation of The Spallorean Puppet of Spallorea and Rivartz has proposed a resolution to open that region up, so everyone can enjoy it, and we think this is a brilliant idea. We would ask that you immediately APPROVE their proposal and keep this region from dying a horrible death at the hands of a cease to exist.

I sent out the following mass TG as delegate several hours ago to all the WA delegates.

This cause has done something very rare. It has unified an entire forum section. Roleplayers in the vast majority do not want this. Do not pass this. Do not cause another flame and ban filled break between RP and gameplay.
Lest the forum not be wracked further (it already has begun) with RP versus R/D game-play please oppose all moves to "liberate" Haven, several are upcoming in the next few days.
We are a somewhat storied long term (the last decade) role playing region presently under target for "liberation" by the raiding lobby because they want to do something more "active" with our region. It is somewhat ironic given we are the exact example used in the FAQ of why not to misuse this tool. We like nearly the entire RP community do not in the majority "do" gameplay nor have we has a majority ever approved of its evolution over the past decade given the driving force behind it is something we find hardly laudable.
The present raider claim is that several past Haven residents several years ago engaged in actions in a coup in another region. This as far as I can see is unsubstantiated at the present time. A single "concrete" piece of evidence is that we had for a period an embassy with said region.
For this "crime" ten years of roleplay by the present residents is set to be erased, sand castles on a beach smashed by uncaring cackling hordes for no greater thrill then the tinkling fall of glass in the last window in the world.
We have played this game without the R/D gameplay element for ten years. We have roleplayed for ten years. We will probably be here long after many of the raider element in question have left and we are not going away quietly into the dark.
Do not pass this or other attempts like it targeting RP regions. We leave you to your field of battle and interaction kindly leave us to ours."
