I gotta go with savory. My favorite meal is cooked by my Irish grandfather who immigrated to America 15 years ago. It consists of a large well done steak with seasonings and a sauce made from the fat juices and some peppers, there is mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, string beans, soft rolls and cranberry sauce. That is his typical Thanksgiving meal when my family comes over.
