In light of the recent unprovoked and aggressive attack by foreign elements violating the sovereignty of the region, the Interim Committee has decided that is in the best interests of the Arkana Coalition to demolish embassies and sever all formal and informal ties with any and all regions blacklisted and under target by raider organisations, purely motivated to safeguard the sovereignty of our Coalition.
Respected leaders, that time has finally come when it is necessary for us to ascertain our sovereignty and solemnise our faith in the Arkana Coalition. After a long, long wait, the Interim Committee, helmed by President Arthur Rayne of Tricorniolis, has formally finished drafting the structure of The Dryas Charter, our new constitution which shall serve to govern our Coalition.
In light of such a great achievement, the draft, which can be found pinned, needs signatures from the members of the Coalition for ratification and acceptance.
As such, a public poll will be unveiled in the Coalition's page where all nations will be eligible to vote their stance regarding the Charter, and abstaining from voting will be considered and counted as silently accepting the Charter. Furthermore, nations will be free to debate and voice their concerns about the draft in the Regional Message Board, and in case of any query or complaint, can immediately contact Tricorniolis via telegram.
Now is the time! Put your signatures on the Charter and become a grand part of making history!
With the conclusion of the recent poll, The Dryas Charter and all its terms have been unanimously accepted by all nations as the formal constitution of Arkana Coalition.
Gradually, in the next few days to come, we will take part in a massive overhaul of every regional feature, including the establishment of the Grand Arkana Assembly, formation of political parties by Member-states, holding of elections, creation of a forum and offsite chat, revamping the existing interface and establishing the basics of our roleplay.
The only thing we ask of you in the meantime is active participation in the process for your swift rise to power!
