Don't worry, I am kinda learning it now and whenever I see something similar, I remember.
For example, today I said "Hori da" for "that's it", and then I realized I was saying what I intended to say, but involuntarily

All, except Fascists, are welcome here

I'm a lot of things, but a fascist isn't one of them, I think I'll be at home here

Aren’t they usually really close to being Fascists already? Most I met were and that’s usually were “Anarcho”-Capitalist Policy leads

Eh, more like neofeudalism. Still reactionary though.

It’s really weird though

Someone told me that a person can't be a closet anarchist and that they have to be active.

What do you all think?

i do think there's a difference between espousing anarchist ideals on the one hand, and actually doing anarchist work on the other. but i think it also fluctuates. i recently moved to a new city and i'm a little cut off from mutual aid networks so far, so i'm less active than i was before i moved, while still holding the same values and orientation toward mutualism. just a year ago, i was involved in multiple organizing and community care projects, in a way that i hope to be again.

Some are not in the position to engage in agitation, either due to their location, a lack of resources, or a lack of knowledge of local Anarchist Organizations. Saying a person has to be active otherwise they are not a true anarchist, regardless of their intent to be active and propagate anarchist ideas, is gatekeeping in my mind and is unacceptable. Now, if you are exploiting Anarchist Ideas and have no intent of doing any work then they have a point; but I consider education as a form of agitation when done right… as you should, logically.
